The Double Wide hydraulic scissors lift models were developed to provide a low-travel, large platform solution - particularly for very wide loads or applications requiring extremely high end load ratings. Double Wide lift tables consist of two Series 35 hydraulic lifts, which have been mounted side by side and share a common base frame, platform, and hydraulic system. These scissors lifts provide a straightforward and economical solution to lifting applications which require platform widths up to 96" and load capacities up to 12,000 pounds.

The Titan family of hydraulic scissors lift tables are designed to be the most robust design of the smaller scissors lifts, with low lowered heights and smaller platform sizes. This family of hydraulic lifts can be used in a wide variety of applications - such as sheet feeding in metal fabrication shops, and paper or metal coil handling. The Titan hydraulic scissors lifts have lowered heights of 7-1/2” and capacities to 12,000 lbs., with platform sizes as small as 24” x 36”. Titan hydraulic scissors lifts also have slightly higher edge load ratings than the Series 35 lift family.

The Super Titan scissors lift family of hydraulic scissors lifts is designed for those applications that require the highest lifting capacity and/or highest side and end load capacities. With capacities from 6,000 lbs. to 68,000 lbs. and travel from 24” to 120”, this family is the heavy weight of hydraulic scissors lifts. Typical industrial applications would include handling heavy eccentric loads such as steel coils, paper rolls, sheet metal stampings, and dies. The large axle or edge loading capacities allow movement of heavy loads with the stability otherwise impossible with “beefed-up” smaller lift tables.

The Double Long heavy duty hydraulic scissors lift tables were developed to provide the highest capacity solution - particularly for very long loads or applications requiring extremely high side load or axle load ratings. Autoquip Double Long lift tables consist of two hydraulic lifts which have been mounted end to end and share a common base frame, platform, and hydraulic system. These lifts can be easily configured to meet the specific platform size, capacity, and side load requirement of any high capacity hydraulic lifting application.

The Super Titan Double Wide hydraulic scissors lift models were developed to provide a high capacity, wide platform solution - particularly for applications requiring extremely high end load or axle load ratings. Double Wide lift tables consist of two Super Titan hydraulic lifts, which have been mounted side by side and share a common base frame, platform, and hydraulic system. These hydraulic scissors lifts provide a safe and dependable solution to material handling applications which require platform widths up to 96" and lifting capacities up to 68,000 pounds.

The Super Titan Quadruple hydraulic scissors lift models were developed to provide the very largest platform solution along with the highest possible lifting capacities, and side and end load ratings. Quadruple or "Quad", hydraulic scissors lift tables consist of four hydraulic lifts, two wide by two deep, which share a common base frame, platform, and hydraulic system. This configuration provides for lifting capacities up to 150,000 pounds and the capability for long and wide loads, up to 96" x 420".

The TSL Pit Mounted Dock Lift family is a robust and versatile family of heavy- duty hydraulic scissors dock lifts. This family of heavy capacity scissors lifts can be used in conjunction with dock systems, or alone - such as loading & unloading trucks, moving fork trucks or other wheeled loads between levels, and large part assembly or disassembly - to improve work flow at the dock or inside the plant. The TSL Dock Scissors Lifts provide travels to 60", capacities to 20,000 lbs., and are equipped with handrails, hinged bridge, and remotely located hydraulic power unit. Because these heavy-duty dock scissors lifts are capable of high end and side load capacities, typical applications would include; air cargo containers, paper rolls, steel coils, and fork trucks.

Coil Transfer Cars eliminate the need for overhead cranes or fork trucks to safely carry out coil-to-mandrel transfers and coil staging by utilizing carts with powered traverse drives, with or without a hydraulic lift mounted to the cart - depending on the application. Coil Transfer Cars can be equipped with turntables for rotating the coil, polyurethane lined platform, "V" deck with or without snub rollers, hydraulic kick off mechanism for unloading, or a "coil present" switch to recognize when the coil is in position on the cart deck. Coil Transfer Cars are designed to move the load in the raised position if required.

The High Capacity 4-Post VRC mechanical Freightlifts are designed to provide extra support for off-center loads, high edge loads, and to move very heavy freight weighing up to 15,000 pounds between multiple elevations as high as 100 feet - typically to and from mezzanines, between floors of a building, or inside elevator shafts. Autoquip High Capacity 4-Post mechanical material lifts raise and lower the carriage in four guide beams by means of a top-mounted brake motor, helical gear reducer, a one-piece drive shaft, and four synchronized heavy-duty lifting chains (minimum factor of safety of 6 to 1). Operational features of this Autoquip mechanical VRC include variable or high speeds, platform tension rollers, permanently adjusted chain tensioners, and the ability to be a free-standing lift. Safety features of this heavy duty material lift include overload or jam protection, slack chain safety stop, and four safety locking cams for free-fall arrest in the unlikely event of a chain failure. Typical applications for mechanical 4-post VRC lifts are edge of mezzanine to multiple levels, freight elevator replacement, automatic systems, and high cycle or conveyor projects with typical markets being warehousing, textile, paper and steel mills, vehicle floor-to-floor transfer, and packaging of large unit loads. "C", "Z", and "90 degree" load patterns are available with the High Capacity 4-post mechanical VRC lift.

Autoquip Dual Ram Lifts can efficiently raise loads to 200,000 pounds and have platforms to 16' by 40' with high axle loading over the sides, and travels to 28'. The Dual Vertical Rams are equalized by cables and sheaves, rack and pinion, or structurally equalized. The Dual Vertical Ram Lifts require a pit and usually become permanent installations.
