Celebrating the Retirement of Howard Carroll After 33 Years at Autoquip

After more than 33 years of dedicated service, Autoquip proudly recognizes the retirement of Howard Carroll, Plant Supervisor, whose career has been defined by hard work, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to manufacturing excellence.

Howard joined Autoquip on January 14, 1993 as a Helper in the Power Assembly department. Early in his career, he transferred to the Paint Shop before moving into Welding in 1994, where he continued to build his knowledge of Autoquip’s products and manufacturing processes.

His dedication and leadership earned him a promotion to Production Control in 2007, followed by Manufacturing Supervisor in 2011. Throughout his career, Howard played an important role in supporting production operations, mentoring employees, and helping Autoquip maintain the quality and reliability our customers expect.

After more than three decades of service and growth within the company, Howard will officially retire on July 17, 2026.
