As we close out another successful fiscal year at Autoquip Corporation, I want to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments, express my gratitude, and look ahead to the future with optimism. 2025 has been a landmark year for our company as we fully integrated and operated all three of our business units—Autoquip, OSCO Controls and J.A. Becker, our newly acquired company in Germany.

Our commitment to engineering, advanced material handling lifts and automation has driven the launch of new, industry-leading products, reinforcing Autoquip’s position as a market leader.

• This year, we launched the Quick Stack Modular VRC, designed to streamline multi-level material handling with:
  • Configurable for 2, 3, or 4 levels
  • Quick 3-step installation to save time and costs
  • Safety Performance Level D for secure operation
  • Flexible loading patterns to fit your workflow

• Through our controls division, OSCO Controls, we are leading the way in automation. Our leadership in VRC automation continues to set the industry standard, and we’re excited to share our latest development—the VRC AutoLock – AMR Restraint. This cutting-edge technology marks a significant step forward in the integration of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) with Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRCs). The VRC AutoLock – AMR Restraint ensures seamless, secure, and fully automated material transport, enhancing your operations to be more efficient, reliable, and responsive.

Strengthening Our Material Handling Division:

Our expansion into German-engineered in-ground, heavy-duty ram lift systems from J.A. Becker & Söhne, allows us to offer even more innovative solutions to our customers, helping you achieve safer, faster, and more efficient high-capacity lifting.  With advanced hydraulic ram-style lifting platforms designed for maintenance, assembly, inspection, painting, and automation, we can support a wider range of lifting needs—from automobiles and trucks to buses and even tracked or rail vehicles—handling loads of up to 300,000 lbs. (154 tons). This expansion reinforces our commitment to providing a wide range of reliable, diverse, and high-performance lifting solutions.

Commitment to Quality:

A year ago, we launched AutoDocs—an innovative tool that provides instant access to project documents simply by scanning a QR code on the panel. AutoDocs ensures customers can engage with the latest version of their project information, including drawings, manuals, software, and other essential files.

Now, we’ve taken it a step further with AutoDocs Engineer, an AI-powered assistant designed to help troubleshoot and address equipment-related questions to your specific order. This advanced feature enhances our commitment to providing seamless support and ensuring customers have the information they need at their fingertips.

A Tribute to Our Team and Partners

None of this would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our employees, the trust of our customers, and the collaboration of our valued partners. Your efforts have fueled our innovation, customer service excellence, and overall success.

An Honest Look Back & Our Path Forward

While we’ve achieved many milestones this year, we also faced challenges—particularly with on-time delivery. We recognize that some of our shipments did not meet your expectations or our own standards. We take full accountability for these disruptions and understand the impact they can have on your customers and their operations.

In response, we’ve made significant investments to improve our scheduling processes, increase production transparency, and strengthen supplier partnerships. These actions are already showing results, and we are committed to regaining your trust and returning to the level of reliability you expect from Autoquip.

As we enter the new year, we remain committed to pushing boundaries in technology, enhancing our product offerings, and fostering strong relationships with the customers we serve.
