Autoquip is pleased to announce a new addition to our Customer Service Department – Austin Smith. Austin joins our customer service group as a Technical Representative. Austin worked most recently with Glory Global Solutions where he was an expert service technician as well as trainer and technical document writer. This previous experience will lend itself greatly to providing quick responses to our customer troubleshooting and equipment issues. Austin looks forward to being part of the Autoquip family and has already felt the comradery in the department as everyone pitches in to make sure our customers get timely action to their service needs.
