Autoquip Welcomes Key New Team Members as We Build Momentum for 2026
As Autoquip continues to grow and prepare for the opportunities ahead in 2026, we’re investing in exceptional talent across our organization. These new team members bring advanced technical expertise, operational strength, and customer-focused experience that will help us elevate our capabilities and deliver even greater value to our customers. We are proud to introduce the newest additions to the Autoquip team:
Izabel Fernandes – Production Control
Izabel joins us with a degree in Industrial Engineering and dual MBAs in Project Management and Supply Chain. With hands-on experience in manufacturing and materials planning, she excels at transforming data and communication into smooth execution. In her role, Izabel will support our Production Control processes and bring a fresh, engineering-driven approach to workflow improvement, scheduling, and material movement.
Daniel Chalker – Senior Buyer, Purchasing & Supply Chain
With over five years of domestic and international procurement experience at M-D Building Products, Daniel brings strong expertise in supplier management, cost analysis, and cross-functional coordination. He will focus on strengthening supplier relationships, improving material flow, and supporting on-time production in partnership with Production Control, Quality, and Engineering.
Scott McKinley – Mountain Regional Sales Manager
Scott joins us from Ditch Witch, where he served as a Product Manager leading sales and dealer development across the U.S., Canada, and South America. His background in industrial equipment sales and customer solutions closely aligns with Autoquip’s dealer network strategy. Scott holds a B.S. in Aviation Management and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.
Rob Bauter – Inside Sales Technical Project Representative
Rob joins Autoquip with a strong background in industrial and technical sales, including roles in inside sales, production coordination, logistics, and equipment support at Ditch Witch, Kaman Industrial Technologies, and other manufacturers. He holds a B.S. in Aviation Management from OSU, and a MBA from Oklahoma Christian University.
Daren Posey – Inside Sales & Service Manager
Darin brings extensive sales and customer relations leadership experience from the oil and gas industry, with deep knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and complex control systems. His mechanical engineering foundation and hands-on approach will strengthen our focus on responsiveness, technical accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Darin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
Eric Hamilton – Safety & Maintenance Supervisor
Eric brings a strong background in maintenance leadership, safety compliance, and hydraulic and mechanical systems that aligns directly with Autoquip’s operations. His experience with the Choctaw Nation—where he oversaw facility safety, maintenance programs, and team coordination—has further prepared him to excel in a fast-paced, high-standards industrial environment like ours.
We are excited to welcome Izabel, Daniel, Scott, Daren, Rob and Eric to the Autoquip team. Each brings valuable experience and a shared commitment to excellence that aligns with our mission and vision for the future.
