Extra Wide Scissors Lift integrates with machinery to palletize sheets.

Marquip Ward United manufacture of high quality sheeters and sheet packaging production for cut size sheets wanted to advance their production line.  They wanted a lift that could integrate with their machinery and automate to palletize the sheets in stack form.

Autoquip built a 6,000 lb. capacity scissors lift with an extra wide platform to manage the stacked sheets.  The lift includes a photoeye that senses the load and signals to the hydraulic dump valve to index the lift down with each sheet placement. The lift is pit mounted with toe protection and includes an accordion skirting to protect the lift from dust and debris.

A standard lift 60S60EXW with indexing feature provides the optimal solution for detecting and positioning the sheeters and improving the production efficiency.
