Autoquip is proud to introduce its next-generation Powered Base Scissor Lift, a mobile lifting solution engineered to bring flexibility, efficiency, and performance directly to the point of work. Designed for the S35 and DPL product families, this powered, drivable base transforms a traditional scissor lift into a fully mobile workstation—eliminating the need for fixed installations and enabling operators to move heavy loads exactly where they’re needed. With immediate availability and a robust 5,000-lb capacity, the powered base delivers the strength of a stationary lift with the freedom of mobility.

At the heart of this innovation is a 24 VDC lithium power system, purpose-built for demanding industrial environments. The lithium battery offers 5–7 times longer service life, up to five times longer runtime between charges, and an average of eight hours of continuous operation—keeping production moving with fewer interruptions. High-torque gear motors at the drive wheels and two available drive speeds provide smooth, controlled movement, even under load, making it easier to reposition materials safely and efficiently across the facility.

The powered base also features an integrated battery management and CAN-BUS control system for smarter, faster operation. An onboard BMS supports rapid charging via a 1200 W AC-to-DC charger, delivering up to five times faster charging while providing real-time battery status at the operator controls. Continuous communication between the battery, display, and charger ensures optimized performance and long-term reliability. This next-generation powered base redefines what a mobile scissor lift can do—bringing power, precision, and productivity wherever the job demands it.
