Promotion of Trent Williams to Master Production Planner

We are excited to announce the promotion of Trent Williams to Master Planner. Trent started at the company in 2016 as Production Controller and has been dedicated to advancing our LEAN process improvements.

Some notable accomplishments Trent has implemented over a short period of time:
• Mobile computer workstations in the plant so necessary information is available when our employees need it.
• Creating several system dashboards that provide more visibility into production flow helping resolve issues much quicker.
• Creating work instructions or procedures through video that help manage communication and expectations.
• Pushing and challenging the ‘Control’ aspect of Production Control.

We look forward to other possible improvements as Trent continues to challenge and push Production Control and Autoquip to new areas.
