Retirement Announcement – Darren Williams

After 41 years of dedication and service to Autoquip Corporation, our colleague Darren Williams, Quality Control Assurance Manager, is retiring at the end of this month.

Darren began his career in 1980 with EFDYN (Ellis Fluid Dynamics), a division of Autoquip that made industrial shock absorbers.  This division was sold in 1992, and Darren moved to Autoquip’s Quality Control Department.

Darren has provided excellent leadership and maintained only the highest level of operating standards during his tenure at Autoquip.  He has led quality assurance and testing processes with dedicated focus and attention. He has worked diligently to increase both the quality and efficiency of the company’s operations.  Darren’s skillful strategic thinking, methodical approach and intellect will be missed.

Darren’s successor is Robert Tanner who comes to us with 35 years of experience in manufacturing and implementing quality standards and procedures for continuous operational improvements.

We all wish Darren many years of health and happiness in his retirement.
