Year in Review: A Letter from Our General Manager, Chris Kuehni

Over the past decade, Autoquip has had a remarkable evolution as we’ve pursued our vision to become the leader in custom lifting solutions. We believe the foundation to our continued growth and success is our focus and commitment to our customers, delivering a quality product, and offering a great place to work for our employees.

As we close out our fiscal year, I wanted to say thank you for the trust and confidence you continue to place in Autoquip. We have had another unbelievable year despite the challenges of managing the interruptions from COVID and material supply chain issues. It has made setting realistic lead times and delivery dates very hard to coordinate and has become a full-time job for many within. Our sincere apologies to our customers if we have missed dates because of this. Please know we work very hard and diligently to set expectations and ensure your satisfaction.

Notable achievements:

• Demand for our VRC’s, Specials, Parking Systems and Air Cargo lifts continue to grow and become a more significant portion of our business.
• 75% of our equipment now ships with advanced controls capable of integrating with larger control systems that have remote access to provide timely notifications.
• We continue to hire and bring in fresh and bright people into our organization to meet our present and future needs.

This coming year 2022, we will celebrate a milestone 75th anniversary. It is amazing to think of all our customers and our employees hard work that allowed us to celebrate 75 years. We are not the same standard lift company we were when we first opened the doors. We continue to evolve and innovate our engineering, designs, and controls technology to offer premium quality and custom-built solutions that achieve exactly what the customer needs. We continue to position ourselves to meet our customers’ needs and move past the standard offerings of our traditional competitors. We are very proud of this milestone accomplishment that we are celebrating all year long. Look for more announcements from us on how we plan to celebrate and thank our community.
