Autoquip Announces They Have Acquired A Controls Company

We are pleased to announce that Autoquip Corporation has acquired OSCO, Inc. (Oklahoma Systems Company, Inc.) OSCO, Inc. will be beginning conducting business as OSCO Controls, a division of Autoquip Corporation.

OSCO is an industrial control panel manufacturer based in Oklahoma City, Okla. specializing in the design of UL508A listed enclosed industrial control panels. They begin servicing customers in 1992 with a vision of offering unparalleled quality and support. OSCO focuses on developing solutions by partnering with manufacturers to produce quality control panels that will improve their capabilities.

This acquisition will put Autoquip in position to offer our customers a broader portfolio of capabilities. It will allow us to provide a diverse range of control platforms, advance logic technologies, and automation solutions to help our customers realize greater success.
