High Speed VRC Pallet Conveyor Lift

Autoquip’s high speed VRC pallet conveyor lift offers an improvement to an existing hydraulic lift.

Replace existing lifts with advanced equipment to transport 48” x 40” pallets weighing 350KG vertically (upservice) to a pallet conveyor line that runs across a mezzanine where the pallets transfer to another lift (downservice) where pallets are moved to another pallet conveyor line.

We recommended replacing the existing hydraulic lifts with two of our Mechanical 4-Post Freight Lifts which will increase the processing time.  Our dealer, Industrial Kinetics who brought us this project had a very tight timetable to remove the existing hydraulic lifts and replace with our electro-mechanical freight lift design. The flexibility of our design allowed Industrial Kinetics to set up and build the equipment near the existing equipment, making it easier to quickly move the lifts into place once the previous lifts were removed.
