Autoquip is pleased to announce two new additions to our Customer Service Department – Bobby Bode and Ivan Escobedo. “Demand is still strong and supporting our equipment in the field is essential right now. These two new additions to our service team will help bolster our responsiveness and customer support at a critical time,” said Louis Coleman, Director of Sales & Marketing for Autoquip. “Our products are built to last and some have been in the field for decades. We have developed a service group with the technical know-how and field experience to help customers keep operations going with little interruption.”
Bobby Bode rejoins Autoquip after some time away, and steps into a new role as a Customer Service Representative with the company. His prior experience with Autoquip gives him a jumpstart to the job with firsthand knowledge of our products. Bobby has been working in a customer service role with his most recent work experience with A&A Tank Truck Services. He served as Field Supervisor assisting customers with their drilling services and environmental storage needs. He is prepared to hit the ground running to support our customers.
Ivan Escobedo also joins Autoquip in our customer service group as a Technical Representative. Ivan has a B.S. degree in Engineering Technology with focus in manufacturing. He attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University which is an ABET accredited school and has his certification in Certified Manufacturing Technology. His prior work experience includes working with Niagara Bottling Company where he served as a Maintenance Technician. This gave him hands-on experience into mechanical, pneumatic equipment and control systems, as well as troubleshooting these systems. Ivan has the technical acumen that will provide quality support to our customers.
